Terms of Service
Effective Date: September 15, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the services, tools, and websites provided by Disability Intelligence Group, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Professional Eligibility and 18+ Requirement
Our public informational resources may be viewed by general visitors. Accounts, private demonstrations, and restricted professional tools are available only to authorized business and professional users who are at least 18 years old. By creating an account or accessing a restricted service, you represent that you meet those requirements.
2. Informational and Educational Purpose
All data, analysis, insights, and tools provided by Disability Intelligence Group are strictly for informational and educational purposes. We do not provide legal, medical, financial, benefits, or representative services. Use of our services does not create an attorney-client relationship, a representative-claimant relationship, or a doctor-patient relationship.
You should not rely on our services to calculate legal or administrative deadlines, nor should our insights be interpreted as an outcome guarantee for any claim, appeal, or process.
3. Prohibited Health and Claimant Data
Our current websites, online tools, demonstrations, and workspace strictly prohibit the upload, submission, or processing of Protected Health Information (PHI) and claimant-sensitive data. You must not submit sensitive personal identifiers, medical records, or claim files through these systems. Descriptions of claim or portfolio intelligence are conceptual and do not authorize data submission. Any future or separately contracted service that permits regulated data will require express written authorization and applicable safeguards and agreements before data transfer.
4. Account Security and Acceptable Use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use our services only as intended and permitted by law.
You are strictly prohibited from:
- Scraping, crawling, or extracting data from our services using automated means.
- Attempting to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security features or access controls.
- Reverse-engineering or attempting to derive the source code of our tools.
- Using the services to facilitate fraudulent activities or misrepresentation.
5. Public-Source and Third-Party Limitations
Our intelligence and analytical tools often aggregate and model data from public government sources, research databases, and third-party vendors. We do not control these sources and make no representations about the absolute accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the underlying data.
6. Intellectual Property
We and our licensors retain rights in our software, original analyses, text, design, branding, and proprietary models. Government records, public datasets, third-party materials, names, marks, and other content remain subject to their respective owners' rights and applicable law. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the services for lawful internal professional purposes, subject to these terms.
7. Service Changes and Suspension
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at our discretion, with or without notice. We may terminate or suspend your access if we determine, in our sole judgment, that you have violated these Terms of Service.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DISABILITY INTELLIGENCE GROUP, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to its conflict of laws principles.
