Important Disclosures
Effective Date: September 15, 2026
Disability Intelligence Group, LLC ("DIG") provides independent disability research, analytics, forecasting, and product development. Please carefully review the following structural and operational disclosures.
1. No Government Affiliation
Disability Intelligence Group is a private, independent entity. We have no affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or authorization by the Social Security Administration (SSA), the SSA Office of the Inspector General (OIG), the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), or any other federal, state, or local government agency.
2. Biographical Use of Former Titles
Any reference to the former titles, government experience, or federal roles of our founders or staff is strictly biographical. It does not imply current authority, inside access, or continued endorsement by any government agency.
3. Agency Trademarks and Public Data
Any agency seals, logos, or trademarks referenced within our educational materials or models belong exclusively to their respective owners. Our use of public data, agency policy manuals, or statistical releases does not constitute an endorsement of our tools by the originating agency.
4. Not a Law Firm or Medical Provider
Disability Intelligence Group is an analytical and technology organization. We are not a law firm, we are not claimant representatives, and we are not medical providers. We do not offer legal advice, medical diagnoses, or individual case advocacy. Use of our services cannot replace the counsel of a qualified attorney or medical professional.
5. No Specialized Access or Expedited Outcomes
We do not possess any special or expedited access to government databases, adjudicators, or administrative law judges. Using our tools will not result in government access or expedited processing of any disability claim or appeal.
6. Fraud Reporting
Suspected fraud, waste, abuse, or misconduct involving Social Security programs should be reported directly through the official SSA Office of the Inspector General reporting channel. Users must not send fraud tips, evidence, or sensitive allegations to Disability Intelligence Group. Linking to that government resource does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
7. AI and Editorial Assistance
Our platform may utilize human-reviewed AI to assist with editorial drafting and public-source research summarization. However, AI does not make claim decisions, provide legal or medical advice, or process Protected Health Information (PHI).
8. Commercial Relationships
If Disability Intelligence Group engages in sponsored or paid commercial relationships that influence editorial content or tool promotion, those relationships will be clearly disclosed. No such relationships should be implied where none are explicitly stated.
We will disclose material financial, employment, ownership, referral, or other connections when they could affect how a reasonable reader evaluates an endorsement or recommendation. Testimonials, if used, reflect individual experiences and are not promises of typical results.
9. Data Currency and Methodological Limits
Our models and dashboards rely on historical data, statistical forecasting, and dynamic public feeds. Data currency can lag behind real-time events. Methodologies are designed for strategic aggregate intelligence and contain inherent margins of error; they are not deterministic predictors for any single claim or portfolio.
