Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 15, 2026

Disability Intelligence Group, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information across our services, which include ssadisability.net, ClaimPath tools, ALJ Outcomes, private demonstrations, and our firm workspace.

1. Scope and Applicability

This policy applies to visitors to our public resources and to authorized users of our professional tools. Accounts and restricted professional services are not intended for anyone under 18. It outlines our practices regarding standard operational and account data. Our current websites, online tools, demonstrations, and workspace strictly prohibit the upload or processing of Protected Health Information (PHI) or claimant-sensitive data. Descriptions of potential claim or portfolio capabilities do not authorize data submission through the current services.

2. Information We Collect

  • Identity and Account Metadata: We use Clerk for authentication. We collect standard identity and account metadata required to manage your access, including organization, membership, and audit metadata (such as IP addresses and user-agent strings).
  • Technical and Server Logs: We collect standard browser and server logs for operational security, performance monitoring, and debugging.
  • Contact Submissions: Information you voluntarily provide when contacting us via email or forms.
  • Google Fonts Metadata: We utilize Google Fonts, which may result in standard request metadata being processed by Google to serve typographic assets.

3. Use of Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar browser storage that are necessary to authenticate users, maintain secure sessions, remember limited interface preferences, and provide core functionality of our services. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your personal information for targeted advertising purposes.

4. Infrastructure and Service Providers

Replit provides application hosting and managed infrastructure. Clerk processes authentication and account-session data. Public editorial documents may be stored using Replit-managed object storage backed by cloud infrastructure. Google receives ordinary network request data when a browser downloads Google Fonts.

We may utilize editorial AI assistance, strictly through Replit-managed OpenAI infrastructure, solely for public-source research, drafting, and analytical modeling. This AI infrastructure is never authorized for processing PHI or claimant-specific data.

5. Purposes of Processing

We process the collected data to:

  • Provide, secure, and maintain our professional tools.
  • Authenticate authorized users and enforce access controls.
  • Monitor system performance and investigate security incidents.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support.

6. Data Retention and Security

We retain operational and account data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We do not make unsupported exact promises regarding retention timeframes.

We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information in light of the service's current scope. No internet service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Processing in the United States

Our infrastructure is located in the United States. By using our services, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, which may have different data protection standards than your jurisdiction.

8. State Privacy Rights and GPC

Depending on your state, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information and to appeal a denied request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, a Global Privacy Control signal does not change those practices. We will recognize legally binding browser-based opt-out signals if our practices change or applicable law otherwise requires it.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated Effective Date.
